KIERA JONES

I am a visual artist based in the North West of England and my work is predominantly rooted in the documentary genre. Community and connection play a central role in my practice, which explores narratives around class, identity and representation. My process draws on lived experience and an appreciation for the mundane, particularly in public spaces.

I am interested in socially engaged approaches to image making, which I explore through exhibitions and DIY publications. My projects echo personal and universal themes, executed through photographic exploration of people and place.
